CAREING FOR YOUR PRODUCT?
Our products are all crafted with love in Egypt from sterling silver and heavily plated in platinum and 24k gold layers. It is very important to avoid getting your pieces in contact with perfume, creams, lotions, moistures, oils, cleaning agents, polishing agents, water, saltwater, chlorine, and other chemicals in order not to compromise your pieces.
Plated jewelry over time and dependent on how often is worn and care habits can wear off or tarnish and it will often need to be re-plated. Tarnishing and color fading is not a manufacturing fault or bad quality it is a natural process.
To maintain the best quality and luster of your pieces they should be cleaned using a soft polishing cloth and kept in pouches away from sunlight when unworn.
When using perfume, lotions, creams, and other body products allow fair amount of time to completely dry before wearing your pieces.
Avoid sleeping, swimming, exercising, or washing up while wearing your pieces.
Reem Jano made it easy to overcome tarnishing, losing color if occurred by re-plating the piece which we only accept doing it through us. Please contact our customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org for more information regarding the replating cost and services we offer.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE & WARRANTY
We are happy to accept returns as long as the item has not been worn and is still in its original condition and original packaging. We offer exchange or credit note (excluding delivery charges and any other fees) valid up to 6 months to redeem to another item from our collections according to availability. Our refund and exchange policy is to contact us on the same date you receive your item through email@example.com and you must send us the item within 14 days from receiving your item, so please adjust to this timeframes.
All purchases of sale items and personalized orders are final no exchange, and no credit note will be accepted.
We do not cover delivery charges for any items being returned or exchanged and we recommend using reliable courier when sending items back as we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
For overseas orders, please keep in mind your country customs duties and taxes are nonrefundable it is your responsibility to import the good into your country. And please mark the packages as ‘returned items’ on the customs declaration forms in order to avoid any unnecessary duty fees and delays in customs.
All purchases come with a 6-month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers only manufacturing faults and defects in materials. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven by our workshop to be faulty.
This warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear. General wear and tear include tarnishing and fading of plated jewelry, and therefore, is not covered by warranty. Any repairs requested after the offered 6-month warranty period will incur repair and delivery fees. Repairs required after this date are considered a result of general wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
All REEM JANO pieces undertakes quality control before leaving our studio. However, there may be a rare fault. If you have received a faulty product, we will gladly offer a replacement. To notify us of the fault, please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day you received the item and include the below information:
· Your order # or proof of purchase details
· Your full name and contacts
· Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description of the issue
